Step 1

Secure the application for admission from this web site or by writing to:

Step 2

Complete the application in its entirety and return it to Registrar at the above address with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee attached.  Include your written testimony and signed copies of the CEF Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Agreement and Doctrine Protection Policy with your application
 

Step 3

Distribute the two reference forms.  One reference should be completed by your pastor or a church leader and the other by a CEF worker or friend.  Your application will be processed when both references are received.
